COMPLIANT WITH RESPECT TO STATUTORY INSPECTION <\/h3>\n

An owner of a structure must ensure that \u2013<\/h3>\n

      (a) \u00a0inspections of that structure are carried out periodically by competent persons in order<\/p>\n

      to render the structure safe for continued use;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          (b)\u00a0the inspections contemplated in paragraph (a) are carried out every six months for the\u00a0first two years and thereafter yearly;<\/p>\n
